The University of North Carolina is located in Chapel Hill, and the football team plays in Kenan Stadium. Their nickname is "The Tarheels." Clemson University is located in Clemson, SC. Well, I could not leave my alma mater off this quiz. The game was played at Penn State, and, in case you did not know, Joe Paterno is the coach. The stadium at Penn State is Beaver Stadium and it is named for James Beaver, a past governor of the state who was also a president of the university. For his first win, Joe Paterno beat the University of Maryland who at the time was coached by Lou Saban (father of Nick Saban, former coach of Michigan State University).
