It was a bleak day for Formula One, as another driver, Chris Bristow, was also killed when he lost control of his car and crashed. At the British Grand Prix of 2003, a priest evaded security and ran onto the track. No one was hurt in the incident and guards were able to wrestle him to the ground.

3. Which team did 1962 World Champion Graham Hill drive for?

Answer: BRM

1962 became a two horse race between Jim Clark of Lotus-Climax and Graham Hill of BRM, with Dan Gurney finding room to win Porsche a maiden victory. Ferrari were not able to keep up with the top teams and eventually finshed the season 4th, behind Lotus-Climax, BRM and Brabham-Climax.
4. At the French Grand Prix of 1963, what action did the marshals take that caused confusion among the drivers?

Answer: Waved a red flag to start the race

On every other occasion of a red flag being flown, it has signalled that a race has been stopped. A yellow flag indicates that it is dangerous to overtake on the section of the track where the flag is being flown. This was not the only moment of controversy, as when Graham Hill stalled on the grid, the French marshals decided to overlook the rules, stating that if a driver stalls he should go to the back of the grid for the re-start, meaning he started where he qualified, in 2nd place.
5. Enzo Ferrari made a change to his team cars for the United States Grand Prix of 1964, which stunned the Formula One world. What was it?

Answer: Had the Ferraris painted white and blue

The Ferrari team cars, had until the United States Grand Prix of 1964 always been painted red, but after having a dispute with the Italian authorities, Enzo Ferrari shocked the Formula One world by ordering that the Ferrari's be painted white and blue, a colour scheme normally associated with the North American Racing Team.
6. One driver dominated the 1965 season winning 6 out of 10 races. Who was he?

Graham Hill was Clark's closest rival, winning 2 out of 10 races, however he could not quite keep up with the unstoppable Clark. Richie Ginther won the Grand Prix in Mexico City that year, securing a maiden victory for not only himself, but also Honda and Goodyear.
7. Press reports suggested that at the age of 40, Jack Brabham was too old to win the 1966 F1 World Championship. What did he do to get his name back on the press?

Answer: Limped to his car with false beard and walking stick

9. 1968 was a sad year for Formula One with many deaths. Which driver lost his life in that year's French Grand Prix?

Answer: Jo Schlesser

Not long after Jim Clark's death in a Formula Two race at Hockenheim, Jo Schiffert lost his life. He lost control of the car, it overturned and the fuel tank set on fire. Ludovico Scarfiotti was killed in a hill climb that year, and Bruce McClaren lost his life testing one of his CanAm cars at Goodwood.
10. At the Dutch Grand Prix of 1969, Ferrari announced they had gone into collaboration with which other manufacturer?
