On December 4th 1909 the University Of Toronto Varsity Blues defeated the Toronto Parkdale Canoe Club 26-6.
2. When did the Toronto Argonauts win their first Grey Cup?

Answer: 1914

On December 5, 1914 the Toronto Argonauts defeated the University of Toronto Varsity Blues 14-2. Their won their 2nd one in 1921 defeating the Edmonton Eskimos 23-0. In 1933 the Toronto Argonauts beat the Sarnia Imperials 4-3. In 1937 The Toronto Argonauts beat the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 4-3.
3. Ottawa Rough Riders folded in 1996. How many Grey Cups did they win?

Answer: 9

Ottawa won its first Grey Cup in 1925 and again in 1926 (both as the Ottawa Senators). They would also win the Grey Cup in 1940, 1951, 1960, 1968, 1969, 1973 and 1976. The franchise folded in 1996.

The Calgary Stampeders also won the Grey Cup with a losing record, winning in 2001 with an 8-10 record, beating the Winnipeg Blue Bombers 27-19.

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers won the 1961 Grey Cup over the Hamilton Tiger-Cats 21-14. The 2nd game to go to overtime was in 2005 when the Edmonton Eskimos beat the Montreal Alouettes 38-35.
