Answer: Samoa

Samoa defeated Fiji in the final 27-22, England was knocked out in the quarter-finals, and New Zealand in the semi-finals.
2. Who lost the Bowl Final?

Answer: France

France was beaten by Russia in the final, 21-7. Germany was never in the tournament, and Hong Kong got into the Plate.
3. Which team knocked England out of the Cup?

Answer: New Zealand

New Zealand defeated the then reigning champions in the quarterfinal, 26-0.
4. Which team came first in Group D?

Answer: New Zealand

Romania and South Africa weren't even in Group D. Italy came tied second with Kenya and Russia.
5. What was the largest loss in the tournament?

Answer: 61-0

This was when Wales faced off against Chinese Taipei in the first stage in Group B. Next largest was also in this group, South Africa 59 over Chinese Taipei 0.

Many people who come to the sevens fill up this stand as soon as they can. They often dress in outrageous costumes.

Answer: England

They were beaten in the final in the Sevens World Cup, but as it was outside the mainstream of tournaments it is not counted as breaking the run. This run of trophies was four tournaments long!

They were beaten out by Wales (19-22) after narrowly defeating the home team Hong Kong (19-12).

England did manage to beat Argentina, but they defeated them 19-14 whereas Wales defeated them 26-19. Wales won by seven, England by five.

Answer: 57

There were 24 teams attending, thus the the amount of games was larger than that of an average Sevens tournament.

Answer: Chinese Taipei

They were beaten 45-0 by Japan in the first quarterfinal. China was beaten in the next quarterfinal by France.

Answer: 2

The pools were C and D. The teams were Canada, Japan, and China in group C, then Italy, Kenya, and Russia in group D.

Answer: Island vs Peninsula

These two teams were made up of select players from: Football Club, University, Valley Fort, Monkeys and Aberdeen for the Island team, and DEA Tigers, Kukris, and Shatin Sha Pei.
