Answer: Brett Kenny

Brett Kenny played 264 games between 1980 and 1993. Peter Sterling played 229 games between 1978 and 1992. Ray Price played 257 games between 1976 and 1986.
Eric Grothe played 243 games between 1979 and 1989.
2. What was the Eels' home ground known as prior to Parramatta Stadium?

Answer: Cumberland Oval

From 1947 to 1981, the Eels home ground was known as Cumberland Oval. After winning the 1981 Grand Final, some fans celebrating at the Oval set fire to the wooden grandstand, which was going to be demolished and replaced. Building of Parramatta Stadium on the site was completed in November 1985.
3. What was the nickname of Eric Grothe Sr?

Answer: Guru

Eric Grothe Sr was nicknamed Guru for his long hair and beard. Uluru is a large monolith near Alice Springs, Northern Territory. A Tutu is a garment worn by ballerinas, and Gotu is a herb.
4. When was Parramatta Rugby League Club admitted to the NSW Rugby League competition?

Answer: 1947

The club was accepted into the Premiership competition in late 1946, and played their first game in the 1947 season.
