Jevan was an Army All-American, and him and Colt battled all summer for the starting job. Colt won it, starting the opening game against North Texas. Snead transferred to Ole Miss.
2. Who did Colt McCoy hook up with for his first collegiate passing touchdown in the season?

Answer: Limas Sweed

It was Colt's third pass of his career, and Sweed took it to the house on a slant route. Texas won 56-7.
