8. Who was it that committed the error in the bottom of the 11th inning of game seven for the Indians?

Answer: Tony Fernandez

Answer: Cleveland Indians

Cleveland outscored Florida by seven runs. They also out-hit Florida and had fewer errors than the Marlins. The Indians had a better team batting average and a lower earned run average, by almost a full run. Despite all that, the Florida Marlins won the 1997 World Series.
