Greg Chappell scored 487 runs at 97.4 for the series. Chappell scored two centuries, 246 not out and 174 in his six innings.

Barry Richards scored 207 opening the batting with Gordon Greenidge who himself scored 140. Viv Richards coming in at number three scored 177. The World XI's score of 625 was made at a run rate of 5.4 runs per over.

Max Walker claimed 16 wickets in the three tests including 7-88 in the first Super Test. He finished the series with a bowling average of 22.3. A young Imran Khan claimed 13 wickets. The "Big Bird" Joel Garner took 11 wickets and South African firebrand Mike Proctor claimed 5 wickets.
