Answer: Tom Watson

Bruce Edwards caddied for Tom from 1973-1989, then again after Norman from 1992-2003. You may remember the tears when it was announced that Bruce had succumbed to ALS in 2004. It was difficult watching Tom Watson speak of his long-time friend. Bruce was only 49 years old. His biography is called, "Caddy For Life: The Bruce Edwards Story".

Answer: Mike Cowan

He might be more famous for his mustache, but Mike "Fluff" Cowan started out with Ed Sabo, then was Peter Jacobsen's long-time caddy for 18 years. In 1996 he became Tiger's caddy. After the 1999 Nissan Open, he was released from his duties by Tiger and went to work with Jim Furyk.

Answer: Steve Williams

Steve had caddied for golf pros such as Greg Norman and Raymond Floyd, but most notably for Tiger Woods. When Tiger stopped his 2008 season short for surgery, his caddy Steve was out of work also. His fellow caddies put a sign outside the trailer during the Traveler's Championship that read, "Steve Williams Benevolent Fund".

Instead of a money jar, they used a shot glass. Being caddy for golf world's best certainly has its advantages.

Answer: John Daly

In just his second week with Peter as his caddy, Daly won the 2004 Buick Invitational in California. John and Peter played golf together in South Africa, years before they entered a player-caddy relationship.

Answer: Steve Duplantis

Steve Duplantis had caddied for pros such as Rich Beem, Tommy Armour III, and Jim Furyk. His last job was preparing for the Buick Invitational with Eric Axley the week of his death. Duplantis died in Del Mar, California, after being struck by a cab.

Justin Leonard took top honors and Parnevik finished second. Mathias shared third place with Chopra. Fellow Swede Mathias Gronberg was 15 years old when he caddied for Jesper Parnevik during the 1985 Swedish Match Play Championship.

Answer: Colin Montgomerie

McLean was Colin Montgomerie's caddy from 1991-2002, and from 2004-2007. After Montgomerie missed the cut of the Austrian Open the week before, he fired McLean. Montgomerie still missed the cut of the 2007 U.S. Open Golf Championship.

Answer: Phil Mickelson

Mickelson only need par on the 18th to win the 2006 U.S. Open Golf Championship, but instead he double-bogeyed. MacKay defended Mickelson's choice to use the driver to tee off on 18 while many thought he should have picked a wood. Mickelson explained that his caddy may suggest, but it is ultimately his choice.

His reasoning? He could live with his mistakes, but not those of his caddy. The M&M team as they were called, had been together since the early 1990s.

Answer: Ernie Els

Ernie Els and Ricci Roberts were together for years until 2006. After ending an 18-month union with J.P. Fitzgerald, Ricci was rehired by Ernie in mid-2008. Ernie's tried at a comeback included hiring coach Butch Harmon as well.

Answer: Vijay Singh

Chad Reynolds started with Vijay in 2008 replacing Paul Tesori. Vijay isn't known for keeping caddies around him for long periods of time. For instance, 2004 was a great year for Vijay, but caddy Dave Renwick was out of a job for the 2005 season. He spoke up about Vijay being difficult to work for in different interviews after his departure.
