1. In the opening scene, who encouraged Commissioner Gordon to calm down about Bruce Wayne?

Commissioner Gordon was frantic since it appeared as if Bruce Wayne was nowhere to be found but he had an hour to drop off Zelda's ransom or else Harriet Cooper would die. Robin was there with him and instructed Commissioner Gordon not to worry. He stated that he was confidant that Batman would eventually locate Bruce Wayne.

Commissioner Gordon informed Bruce Wayne and Robin that Harriet Cooper's kidnapper instructed for all three of them to go on the air when they were ready to deliver the ransom money.
