As the opening credits rolled, Ed was notified about the casino receiving numerous counterfeit bills so he went there to inspect the bills. Nessa was also back there observing a whole bunch of fake bills herself. The gentleman showed both of them an example of one real bill and a counterfeit one.

Sam welcomed a client into the casino and introduced him to Mary. Unbeknownst to Sam, the gentleman was in fact Mary's estranged father so she yelled at him to keep away from her. Sam rushed over to Mary and comforted her as she started to cry about what just happened.
