Shin, born on July 17th, 1976 in Chicago, Illinois landed the guest starring role of Johnny Vong for this episode of the series' second season. Shin played Johnny Vong for just this one episode of "Castle". He has also guest starred on the TV series, "Ghost Whisperer", "Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles" and "Gilmore Girls".

Green, a native of West Hills, California appeared in this episode as Molly in a guest starring capacity. In one scene, Molly asked Kate to take her to a private spot so she could tell her what she knew about the murder victim. Green was credited with portraying Molly for only this show of the series.
