Frome, born on February 24th, 1909 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was cast as Laughing Leo in this episode of "Batman". He played the character for one episode of the series. He has also guest starred on the TV series' "My Mother the Car", "The Dick Van Dyke Show" and "Kung Fu".
