She got done brushing her hair and then went to where Billy was and started kissing him for a little bit. Billy reminded her they were not to have sex until their wedding night but she informed him she could not wait another minute until that time came.

Michael commented on how it seemed as if he could take over the world and Sydney reminded him that he seemed to have already done this by becoming the chief resident at the hospital. Gray, born on September 12th, 1940 in Santa Monica, California guest starred as Hillary Michaels, Amanda's estranged mother, in this episode. Gray played the role for four episodes of "Melrose Place." She has also had guest starring stints on the TV shows, "Lovejoy" and "Mighty Max." She is best known for her portrayal of Sue Ellen Ewing on the hit primetime series, "Dallas."

Kimberly appeared to Michael and he could not believe what he was seeing. She told him that perhaps he was going crazy but it was Kimberly in the flesh since Michael touched her body. In a later scene, Kimberly went to the bathroom and took off a wig, revealing a scar on her head.

Michael was on the beach kissing Sydney and he thought he saw Kimberly back at the beach house (it was revealed in a later scene that she was actually alive and he saw the real Kimberly, not a vision of her). There was a scene at Wilshire Memorial Hospital where Michael was questioned by a police detective, due to Sydney's claiming he drove drunk, about what happened the night he got into a car accident. He informed Michael how they were looking at vehicular homicide and then asked if he could see Michael's blood work. Kimberly then walked into the room so Michael told the detective that a vehicular homicide meant a death was involved but there was no death since Kimberly was alive and standing right there. Sydney then fainted at the sight of Kimberly.

Martin, born on December 22nd, 1951 guest starred in a brief role in this episode as a police detective who questioned Michael about the night of his car accident.
