Batman and Robin explained to the garbage man, who inadvertently tossed them into the crusher, that they used their utility belts to pump up the air pressure inside the block of scraps. The gentleman exclaimed how there was so much hydraulic pressure in there that he was amazed they were able to counter it with air pressure. Batman informed him that the air pressure went up the same rate as did the hydraulic pressure.

While at his hideout, The Penguin got into an argument with Aunt Hilda so Marsha told her to go away while she spoke with The Penguin alone. While alone, Marsha stated that she knew of The Penguin's plans to break into the Gotham City Treasury. The Penguin mentioned how he really wanted to get inside there since it had ten million dollars' worth of gold.

The Penguin and Marsha continued to talk about their schemes involving stealing millions in gold. Then, The Penguin stated that they would get inside the Gotham City Treasury only for him to then use plans which he got from the Hexagon building to navigate through the place. Marsha let out a big laugh after hearing this news.

At Gotham City Police Headquarters, Commissioner Gordon told Batman, Robin and Chief O'Hara how he heard from someone that The Penguin got some rather old plans from The Hexagon dating back to World War II. Robin was shocked to hear about The Penguin being so careless as to nab some outdated plans for a major crime. Commissioner Gordon mentioned that the Army General was not specific on which plans in particular The Penguin had lifted.

Chief O'Hara mentioned a bizarre turn of events to Batman and Robin while they were at police headquarters. He stated that their switchboard had received numerous calls regarding a bunch of lizards crawling about Murray Park. Batman and Robin realized that the lizards could only mean that Aunt Hilda was involved in The Penguin and Marsha's plot.

Batman and Robin made way for The Penguin's hideout and encountered one of his goons there. Batman told Robin to slap a pair of handcuffs on him while he attempted to crack open the safe that was there. The henchman assured Batman that nothing short of a miracle would open that safe but Batman proved him wrong, easily accessing it.

He then explained how he knew the combination to propel the safe door open.

The Penguin and his goons locked themselves inside a vault at the Gotham City Treasury to avoid being captured by the Dynamic Duo. Batman and Robin were then joined by Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara in waiting for the men to exit the vault, as they could only breathe for a certain length of time.

After six hours, Batman, Robin, Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara wondered how they could be breathing after all that time. Then, we noticed The Penguin pumping air via a tank to help them breathe inside the vault.

At Wayne Manor, Harriet and Alfred watched a news special that was discussing The Penguin staying inside a vault at the Gotham City Treasury for a record setting of three days. Harriet inquired how he could possibly be inside for that long. Alfred could only suggest that all the cops from the Gotham City Police Department wondered about the same thing.

After spending many days in the vault, The Penguin managed to break out of it and eventually drove through the streets of Gotham City in a tank. Aunt Hilda and Marsha also were inside the tank as they were pursued by Batman and Robin. Eventually, the tank ran into some trouble and the Dynamic Duo apprehended all three of the crooks.
