Haynes, born on September 19th, 1934 in South Bend, Indiana, guest starred as Lord Chancellor in this episode of "Batman". He appeared as Lord Chancellor for two episodes. He has also guest starred on the TV series' "The Fugitive", "Marcus Welby, M.D." and "Emergency!"
