Avery Kidd Waddell played Vernon. Waddell has also guest starred on "Oz", "Boston Public", "Angel", "CSI Miami", and voiced three characters in the 2006 video game release "NBA '06".

He said that he quit, and walked out of the grow house. As soon as he did this, everyone burst out laughing.

Shane then announced she was making Agrestic into a police state, and that he'd seen her drunk at his house. He claimed alcohol was a drug, therefore Celia was also a drug user.

After Shane had made his own point about Celia's drinking alcohol, Isabelle happily pointed out more specific drug use. She said that Council woman Hodes liked her speed and Ambien too. Ambien, generic name zolpidem, is used as a sleep aid. Some of the side affects of Ambien are "hallucinations, abnormal behavior, or severe confusion".

In 2006, Americans began reporting experiencing some of these "abnormal behaviors". Some folks stated that they ate in their sleep, went out and drove their cars, or made phone calls they did not recall.

Heylia questioned U-turn, whose real name was Louis, about the new MILF weed strain. He had the unfortunate job of revealing to her that Conrad and Nancy were the farmers. So, Heylia went to the grow house to buy some. She told Conrad he'd made a huge mistake by growing his own weed, that he had wronged her, and that he and Nancy were no longer welcome in her home.

At the end of the episode, Peter told Nancy that he'd already planned to bust Heylia. He wanted to use her to get to U-turn, who was a bigger dealer than simple weed. Nancy protested against taking in Heylia, but Peter spoke as if it were her obligation to stop talking about it. He said taking the heat off of her made it necessary for him to get to others. In this episode, Peter's true nature is starting to show. It seems he made a decision about Nancy, and now he is holding it against her. I do not see Nancy dealing with him if he threatens the people she cares about. But, we'll have to wait and see..
