At Gotham City Police Headquarters, a woman named Cleo Patrick was there and told Chief O'Hara that it was time for him to take a pill. Chief O'Hara said he never took pills but Cleo said it was routine procedure. Chief O'Hara then took the pill and swallowed it, causing him to go under King Tut's spell.

Right after Chief O'Hara swallowed the pill, he got a call from Batman and he informed him that he was in charge since Commissioner Gordon was out for a little bit. Batman mentioned to him that Bonnie's replacement as Commissioner Gordon's secretary, Cleo Patrick, was actually in cahoots with King Tut. Batman promised him that he and Robin would be there within a half hour.

When Batman and Robin arrived at Gotham City Police Headquarters, they were shocked to see Chief O'Hara on the edge of the building doing a little bit of a dance routine. Chief O'Hara waved to all those below in Gotham City while Batman and Robin feared for his safety. King Tut and Cleo Patrick were in the office laughing at what had become of Chief O'Hara.
