Answer: He kills her with poison

Anders, having shown Tigh the map that Ellen had supposedly burned, cannot refute that Ellen committed treason. He says that if the Cylons had succeeded, not only would they not have the launch keys, but the Cylons would know the resistance was in contact with Galactica.

Despite Ellen's pleas to defend herself by telling Tigh that she got him out of prison by sleeping with Cavil, he gives her a drink containing poison, and she dies.

Answer: Drones are launched to appear as both battlestars in orbit

A small group of Vipers protect Galactica's Raptors while they fire drones in two separate groups that show up on both human and Cylon DRADIS as battlestars. On Colonial One, the ploy is confirmed by Boomer until a phone call much further on to D'Anna shows they are just drones. With Raiders and base stars on opposite sides of the planet, the Cylons and scattered and confused as to the actual location of the human fleet.

Answer: Jumps Galactica into the atmosphere and launches the Vipers in free fall

Up to this point, Galactica had not seen any action, but Adama gives the odd order of "All hands, brace for turbulence" when Kelly and Helo report the ship is ready to jump. Just as the Cylons find out the "battlestars" are actually drones, Galactica jumps into the high atmosphere of New Caprica and starts a complete free fall over the city. Vipers are launched through the flames of the atmospheric friction, and all Hot Dog can say is, "Well, this ought to be different." Galactica then jumps out at the last second having sustained heavy damage from the entire ordeal.

Answer: Pegasus appears and destroys a base star while drawing fire away

Galactica sustains far too much damage during the atmospheric descent on New Caprica, and once it starts getting attacked by the Cylon base stars it loses maneuvering thrusters as well as jump drive. Upon hearing news of the latter, Adama gives up hope of surviving the mission, and the camera pans away from Galactica under heavy attack, leaving it to die. Suddenly, shots from Pegasus appear and Lee tells Galactica he will draw the Cylons' fire while they repair their FTL.

He orders to take the ship right into the center of the Cylon fleet, where he intends to leave it.

Answer: Accepting a place within the Cylon fleet

D'Anna puts their decision very succinctly: "You were right and we were wrong, there should be some reward for that." With that, Baltar knows he will be accepted within the Cylon fleet should he choose to join them. His only other options appear to result in his death, either by detonation of the nuclear bomb, his own hand, or one of the Colonials who now consider him a traitor. Gaeta almost makes that choice for him, wanting to shoot him, but Baltar talks him out of it by saying he would try to prevent D'Anna from setting off the nuke.

Answer: Guarding the civilian fleet

Lee knows from the moment he jumps into the fight that Pegasus is on a suicide mission. Before he leaves the civilian fleet, he leaves his Vipers behind in order to guard them and any ships that make it off of New Caprica. In any event, it seems unlikely that having Vipers would have helped in any case, as Pegasus takes an assault from multiple base stars, and its only purpose is saving Galactica.

Answer: It explodes after ramming one base star and a flight pod destroys another

After Lee orders everyone to get to the evacuation Raptors, he can do nothing but say "Thank you" to the ship he has commanded for well over a year. As the Raptors jump away, Pegasus rams into a base star and explodes, sending its starboard flight pod into another base star and destroying it as well.

Despite its overwhelming impact on the series, Pegasus was only around for 15 episodes and fell under the command of four different officers during its time on the show.

Answer: Hera crying

Outside the tent, Baltar and Six both hear a child crying, and when Baltar goes to investigate, he turns over Maya (Hera's adopted mother). He picks up Hera, and Head Six briefly appears to tell him he has found Hera, the "first of God's new generation." Suddenly moved by the oracle's prophecy coming true, D'Anna gets to hold Hera and does not set off the nuke in response. Whether or not she knows true love for the first time is unknown.

Answer: Kayce's real mother sees her and takes her daughter

Anders rescues Starbuck from her cell, unconscious from being hit by Leoben. Unaware Kayce is in the mock apartment, he leaves, but she returns once she wakes up. Leoben returns with Kayce, and more or less forces Starbuck to say she loves him in order to leave.

After kissing him, Starbuck stabs Leoben in the stomach and grabs Kayce. When aboard Galactica, both Tyrol and Anders want an explanation as to who the girl is when Kayce's real mother appears, saying the Cylons took her away. As it turns out, everything Leoben told Starbuck about her is a lie.

Answer: "Not all of them"

In one of the more powerful reunions of the series, two emotional reactions to the rescue mission are juxtaposed: Adama, happy the mission was successful and soon afterwards lifted upon the shoulders of the New Capricans in celebration; and Tigh, distraught over killing his own wife so close to leaving New Caprica. Whereas Adama searches for normalcy by shaving his mustache in one of the final scenes, three of the final people off the Raptors - Tigh, Starbuck, and Gaeta - all have to find a new normal.
