Answer: His right eye is missing

In the first minute or so of the episode, scenes change back and forth between Admiral Adama, Roslin, Starbuck, Anders and Tyrol, Ellen, and Colonel Tigh. Admiral Adama throws a Raptor replica across a military staging board; Roslin is praying; Starbuck is setting a table; Anders and Tyrol are setting an explosive; Ellen is having sex with a man (who we soon learn is Cavil in order to get Tigh out of prison); and Tigh is lying in his cell with an eyepatch over his right eye.

Answer: A Heavy Raider

The two insurgents wait until they see two Centurions, three Sixes, an Eight, and two Fours until they detonate the device. There is a long delay before the explosive goes off, after which everyone else in the city notices the explosion. Leoben can't help but comment "Frakking insurgents" when he sees the smoke rising from the detonation, and Tigh brings it up later, approving of the destruction of the Heavy Raider.

Answer: Sits back down and eats her dinner

While Leoben is cutting her steak, Starbuck looks up at him and tells him "Thank you," which Leoben noticeably reacts to. He is clearly seeking her approval, and during this moment of weakness she jabs the tuning fork into his neck. After she is finished killing him, she gets back up to the table and eats the rest of her steak without even bothering to wipe off her bloody hand, glancing at his body while she chews.

Answer: Roslin

Cavil first proposes executing Baltar to send the message that they mean business. Caprica Six vehemently opposes this, and welcomes any challenge to her personally. The Fours also chime in by saying that most humans see Baltar as a traitor now anyway, so it would be pointless. Cavil then recommends rounding up the leaders of the insurgency and random groups of people off the street so the humans know the gloves are coming off.

He then says if the humans didn't get the message, the Cylons should reduce the human population to a more manageable size - less than a thousand.

Answer: A flipped-over dog bowl

Roslin writes in her journal that they have been getting information from someone inside Baltar's government, but they do not know who. During her voiceover, a shadowy figure who we later learn is Gaeta puts a document in a desk drawer and then flips over a dog bowl nearby. Tyrol retrieves it later in the night, and the title reads: "New Caprica Police Academy Graduation Ceremony Security Plans."

Answer: Anders

Tigh and Tyrol know the plan in place in case of a Cylon takeover was to have the fleet send a Raptor and try to contact the people on the ground. So far, this has proven fruitless due to Cylon jamming, and over the course of the last four months, Anders has convinced himself there has never been a Raptor there. Having only been in the fleet a short while before they settled on New Caprica, it is understandable that he does not have a full grasp of what the fleet had gone through up to that point.

Answer: 5 times

Leoben is heard opening the locked door to Starbuck's apartment/cell and then says: "Hi honey, I'm home. You kill me, I download, I come back, we start over. Five times now." Even after four months, Starbuck has not given in to the Stockholm Syndrome Leoben is apparently trying to instill. Still, Leoben is convinced that Starbuck will embrace him and tell him she loves him, because he has "seen it". We know he is perhaps the most spiritual Cylon model and has a fascination with Starbuck, which will only lead to bigger things in the rest of the show.

Answer: Sharon

We have not seen Sharon since Gina blew up the nuclear bomb, and in the last sixteen months her cell has been expanded and furnished, including curtains, a couch, table, and desk. It is clear Adama has been meeting with her for quite some time, or at least since he convinced Tigh to go down to New Caprica. Sharon seems to understand him very well now, and explains to him he needs to forgive himself for leaving his people behind on New Caprica in order to move forward.

Answer: Have hope. We're coming for you.

The Cylons have been jamming virtually every frequency for four months, but Gaeta finally gets the information to Tyrol about which ones are the weakest and they could possibly get around. Despite Sam's worries, a Raptor is indeed waiting in orbit, and is about to jump back to the fleet when they get the signal from the planet.

They send the short packet and jump back to the fleet, where they learn Tigh has been coordinating the resistance on the ground and is waiting for instructions.

Answer: He sets off a suicide bomb

Following the events of "The Resistance," Duck has completely bought in to the resistance effort. Not having anything to live for after the death of Nora, he agrees to perform some kind of attack while playing pyramid with Anders, knowing there is no going back.

In the last scene, he straps explosives to his chest and then goes to the graduation ceremony. Just before a Three congratulates him on his graduation, he says "I'll see you soon, Nora" and sets off the suicide bomb.
