Bette arrives to this decision by herself, after spending some time with Tina. Unfortunately, Bette's message reaches Joyce a little bit too late and the sole custody brief reaches Tina at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler lobby. A furious Tina confronts Bette at Carmen's wedding and informs her she also has proceeded to withdraw the petition of allowing Bette to be Angelica's other parent.

At the end of the episode, Bette loses her senses and desperately runs away with the baby.

Marilyn came out in 1973. Despite she is 56; she has only slept with two women during her life. The first was Peggy Peabody, and this is coincidentally Peggy's only lesbian experience, back in 1974.

This is then concluded to have influenced Shane's decision. After watching the prodigal expenses of her daughter and how she has caused more damage than good with her money, Peggy decides to cut her off financially.
