The episode began with three men not wearing shirts but having the letters "U,S,A" painted on their bodies (one letter per body) arriving at the Montecito. Mike saw them there and initially assumed they were fans of Arizona State University. They told him the letters represented USA so Mike knew they were there to see the USA snowboarding team. Mike advised them that the team would not arrive until the next day.

Early on in the episode, Delinda was there to welcome a special chef who was going to be helping her out at Mystique. The chef turned out to be world renowned chef, Wolfgang Puck. Wolfgang immediately went to Mystique in order to prepare some meals and Delinda was excited to see him there.

As the opening credits rolled, Delinda was at Mystique looking at an uncleanly part of the restaurant so she asked a worker to have it examined to make sure it was not bacteria. Delinda then gave a lecture to the workers since they recently had been inspected by the health department. She also spoke to the workers about having pride in their work.

Danny and Mike responded to a complaint two guests had about their room and how the shower was working. Danny and Mike promised them they would send maintenance workers to inspect it as soon as possible. When they left the room, Mike said he was shocked since that shower was once used by Monica Mancuso and her ashes were flushed down the toilet in that bathroom. Danny remarked about how he did not know Mike to be that superstitious but Mike said he became that way due to living with his grandmother and how strange things happened while living there.

There were some strange occurrences at the Montecito in this episode and all of them were somehow related to the late Monica Mancuso. Ed worried that these hauntings would hurt the hotel financially. Mary said that was not the case since guest registration was at a high during these haunting episodes.

Midway through the episode, Ed and Mary spoke about how they allowed two guests, Mr. and Mrs. Burke, to stay in a suite at the Montecito since the two purchased that suite. Apparently, the guests did not like it since Monica once stayed in there and they felt haunted by it. In one scene, Ed spoke to them and said he would give them a refund on the suite if they wanted it.

Danny found out that their names were not Mr. and Mrs. Burke since the real Mr. and Mrs. Burke died in a car accident in Spokane, Washington. Danny and Ed vowed to found out more about these two guests immediately.
