As the opening credits rolled, the paramedics responded to Danny's call to come to a hotel room since someone was there unconscious. Danny and Mike wondered what happened to the guy so the paramedics said that it appeared as if his kidney had been cut out. Mike wondered if that could only be done at the hospital but the paramedics assured him you could do it away from a medical facility.

Mary was over at a place in the Montecito where numerous guests crowded around Jimmie Johnson, a famous race car driver, so she asked for security. Delinda arrived and said hello to Jimmie since they knew each other from his last time in Las Vegas. Mary wondered if Delinda was stalking Jimmie but Delinda assured her she was not.

Ed and Sam went to a bar at the Montecito to discuss the weird events going on at the hotel with regards to the man who claimed that one of his kidneys had been stolen. Ed informed her that strange things had happened before at the hotel. He mentioned to her once about several guests in suites cooked food in the middle of the room, causing a lot of damage.

There was a car show going on at the Montecito and Delinda entered as a contestant. Near the end of the episode, there was a screen which revealed placement in a car show and showed who qualified as finalists for another competition. Delinda was cited as one of the finalists and Sam was there to witness Delinda view the results.

Near the end of the episode, Sam went over to where Jimmie Johnson was gambling and offered him something at the Montecito. She said she could get him a line of credit as well as a private gambling table.
