Baez, born on June 26th, 1971 in New Bedford, Massachusetts played Bobby in this episode of "Las Vegas". Bobby was Sam's brother and got involved with Monica. He was in the role of Bobby for a total of two episodes for the series. He has also guest starred in the TV series', "Second Time Around", "The Secret Circle" and "Miss Match".

Sam was talking to her brother at the Montecito and Monica walked up to both of them. She started to kiss him and Sam looked stunned. This was when he and Monica informed her that they were boyfriend and girlfriend but were waiting for the right time to tell her.

As the opening credits rolled, Monica called for a meeting with the major staffers at the Montecito to discuss a major change. She informed them all that she had contacted an employee named Olivia to look at all the revenue collected in each department at the hotel. Monica claimed she had full faith in Olivia to get this job done.

Delinda was at Mystique when Olivia came in to give her some ideas on how she felt Mystique could improve its operations. She advised Delinda that she felt it would be best if her employees there dressed in polyster. Delinda could not believe this but Olivia assured her that it would save the casino a lot of money each year in dry cleaning costs.

Delinda went to Ed's private office to have a talk with him about Monica. Delinda complained to him about the changes which Monica wanted her to implement but Ed advised her that new management always has its own procedures. Delinda did not like this capitulation from Ed so she assured him she would not allow Monica to run the hotel into the ground.

Midway through the episode, Bobby (Sam's brother) was over at a part of the Montecito where several television sets were playing a horse racing contest. Bobby had bet some money on this so he hoped his horse would win. Sam went over to Bobby to deliver to him a message that was from Monica. According to Sam, Monica wanted Bobby to get lost, indicating she did not care to date him anymore.

In one scene in this show, Danny had a private talk with a friend of his named Liz and Liz happened to know Danny's father. Liz walked off but Danny stopped her to tell her he was about to sell his father's home. Liz continued to talk to Danny about the financial aspects regarding his father's death.

Danny was upset since his dealings with Liz and Penny suggested that the two women defrauded him out of a lot of money. He spoke to the Montecito's lawyer about it and the lawyer initially told him that it seemed as if the two women did not break the law. When Mike showed the lawyer a piece of paper, he claimed how it now looked like the women committed a crime.
