He cited this as his recently noticing that people had poor manners as of late and hoped that it would be improved upon. Mr. Van Driessen said that Mr. Manners, the guest, was an etiquette expert and he wanted to share his advice on how to improve manners. As Mr. Manners spoke, certain classmates booed him since they were disinterested in the topic. Beavis and Butt-head made some weird noises while Mr. Manners spoke.

Mr. Manners noticed that Beavis and Butt-head interrupted him with bizarre noises so he asked them to be silent since it was his time to talk.
