4.7 "Pumping Iron" Trivia Quiz

The episode began with the duo peering through a window at a gymnasium in town called the Guava Fitness Center. They were looking at several women in the room doing some step aerobics and laughing the entire time. They kept looking until Butt-head got distracted by a flier on the window.

Butt-head looked on the flier to see what they were advertising and he started to read off what it said. The only words he could make out were "free" and the "member" portion of "membership" but he was unable to enunciate the "trial" portion. Butt-head mistakenly thought they were giving away free members.

Beavis and Butt-head entered the gym to inquire about the free trial membership so they went to the desk. They asked the associate if they could join the gym with memberships. She said she would be happy to help them both out and informed them that memberships cost $300 per year.

Beavis and Butt-head told the lady that they wanted the free trial membership so she then realized that they wanted to exercise that offer and perhaps not join for a year. She then proceeded to ask them about which type of exercise they wanted to engage in at the gym. She first inquired as to if they preferred exercising the pectoral muscles.

Beavis and Butt-head went inside the gym to do some working out and they noticed someone doing a little weight lifting. Another gymnast from a little bit away asked Butt-head if he could spot him while he did some bench pressing to insure that he would not get injured. Butt-head went over to him to watch him bench press.

While Butt-head watched the guy do a little bit of bench pressing, Beavis observed someone on a machine and called Butt-head over to watch it as well. Beavis got excited watching this person exercise and believed it to be a beautiful woman. When the person turned around, Beavis was shocked to realize that it was a man.

After the person ended his round at the cardio machine, Butt-head laughed at Beavis for observing a male gymnast that close. Beavis told Butt-head that he was also observing him but Butt-head denied it. This lead to the duo fighting with one another while another gymnast struggled to complete a bench press routine.

Beavis and Butt-head walked around the gym a little when Beavis noticed someone telling a guy doing bench presses to feel the burn. This led to him getting all excited until Butt-head told him to come over and start working out on a treadmill. Beavis got on the treadmill but Butt-head placed the speed at maximum, causing Beavis to fly into the wall.

Beavis and Butt-head had a little bit of fun with the treadmill before an irate gymnast came over to the boys. He yelled at Butt-head for not spotting him over at the bench press, causing him a neck injury. The boys merely laughed at him so he got upset to the point that he choked them.

The man who choked Beavis and Butt-head went over to the window and threw them both out of it. The duo were down on the ground when Beavis mentioned that he believe he broke his peck. Both of the boys agreed that exercising stunk and implied that they would never do it again.
