After the team discussed the investigation, Javier and Richard started to talk with Kevin about his upcoming bachelor party. They claimed that he should definitely hold it as a casino since they figured that would be a lot of fun. However, Kevin stated that his bachelor party would be a camping trip.

The team started to compile a list of names of people who could be considered suspects in Sam Siegel's murder. One name they came up with involved his ex-wife, Rebecca Siegel. According to the file they had, they had been divorced for just six months. When they spoke to Rebecca, she mentioned that Sam wanted her to invest in some property but she was skeptical about the deal.

Richard, Javier and Kevin went up to the surveillance room at the Sapphire hotel where they spoke to someone who oversaw security operations. Richard asked the person to look up his file just to see what it said. The file he pulled up indicated that Richard had been arrested at the Sapphire in 2003 for disorderly conduct.

Throughout the episode, it was indicated that one reason why Sam had many enemies was that he embezzled from the casino.
