Kirk whined, saying he could only think of the coffee as he was "susceptible to signage".

Luke said it was not a Voodoo doll, as the Amish girls who'd made it gave it no face. Lorelai said what the Amish didn't know wouldn't hurt them, or something to that affect. Voodoo is a religion derived from Roman Catholicism, and practiced above most other religions in many Caribbean countries.

"Endless Love" was a companion song for a movie of the same name. The song was sung by Lionel Richie and Diana Ross, and the movie starred Brooke Shields as a fifteen year old in a desperate love affair. Lorelai, of course, did not sing this song. Instead, she gave a desperate toast about how marriage was not in the cards for her, and she would not be getting married on June third.

We don't hear Paris' conversation with Dr. Schultz. The scene shows that Rory can see it going on from a distance, but not hear it. Paris explains to Rory that Logan had internal bleeding, a high fever, a partially collapsed lung, a broken ankle, six broken ribs, messed up cartilage in both knees and had a concussion.

Despite this dire initial assessment of Logan, they'd predicted a full recovery.

Before she showed the film, Lorelai tried to explain what kind of actress Molly was to her generation. Then, she added "Yes, that is the guy from 'Two and Half Men'. Lorelai was talking about Jon Cryer.
Though I liked most of those early Ringwald films, I admit that "For Keeps" is one I've seen about 30 times.

Anna informed Luke that she HAD to know any time a new person was influencing April's life. She warned him that if he violated her trust again, their arrangement would be over. When Lorelai went to see Anna later, she apologized for upsetting her. She tried to make it clear that her relationship with Luke was permanent, and they were going to be married. Anna's opinion was that until Luke married Lorelai, she could disappear from April's life at any moment. While I understand some of Anna's anger, I think there is way more to it than a little communication problem. I think Anna was jealous over the fun April had with Lorelai, the fact Luke hadn't talked much about Lorelai, and lastly jealous of Luke in general.

She can threaten Luke all she wants, but at this point she's too late. If Luke wanted joint custody of April, not only would he get it, but April's past the point where she'd just give up Luke because her mother said she had to. I do not see this ending well for Lorelai.
