Willey came to "AMC" as Jack Montgomery, a legal eagle with a good heart. Before Willey joined the show, he starred on the soaps, "Ryan's Hope" and "Another World." Malloy originated the role of Travis Montgomery, Jack's brother, that same year, Bergman portrayed Cliff Warner and was the original actor for that role, and James was a recast Jeff Martin when he arrived in 2006.

Answer: A dog with fleas

Jack and Erica shared a sleeping bag when they slept in the woods after the crash and Erica kept tossing and turning. That was when Jack referenced her as being like a dog who has fleas. This scene was featured on the video, "All About Erica," that ABC released in 1994.

Jack and Erica made their first trip to Paris in the early 1990s and that was when Erica dressed up as a sexy French maid who called herself Corrine. This scene also aired on the video released by ABC in 1994 called, "All About Erica," that Susan Lucci hosted.

At one point, when Jack showered, Erica took his clothes and put them in suitcases so he had nothing to change into when he was done showering. They flirted, again, in this similar style in 1998.

Erica attempted to persuade Jack to lie under oath about the contents of their affair so she would have a better chance of getting custody of Bianca. Jack refused to do this and this plan blew up in Erica's face. This resulted in Travis getting custody of Bianca. Erica broke it off with Jack shortly after this.

Lily decided to leave school where she was since she wanted to come home to her father. She told everyone that she had Autism Spectrum Disorder, which caused her to be fearful of the color red. If red was around Lily, she could wear sunglasses and not be bothered by it. When Lily first appeared in 1993, she was not afraid of red so this fear of hers developed over time.

Jack was the poolboy for The Greenlees for a couple of years when he was in his youth. This was where he met their daughter, Mary Greenlee (she later married Roger Smythe and adopted the last name of Smythe). Jack and Mary had an affair for a while and this resulted in them having a daughter, Greenlee. Jack did not find out Greenlee was his daughter until August of 2003.

Jack found out that, right before Erica chose him, she took Mike Roy to bed one last time before he left town to go on a secret mission. Jack broke things off with Erica and they would not reunite until approximately February of 2003. At the time of this reunion, Erica was engaged to Chris Stamp and Chris broke it off with Erica upon finding out she wanted to be with Jack.

Jack is Bianca's uncle since her father was Travis Montgomery and he and Travis were biological brothers, having the same mother and father. Gabrielle is Bianca's daughter so that makes Jack her great uncle.

Jack tried everything in the book to break up Jonathan and Lily since he did not like how Jonathan murdered many people while he had a tumor. Jack decided that the only way to get Lily's marriage to Jonathan dissolved was to order a competency hearing where a judge would order Lily incompetent and not capable of marriage. Lily began a relationship with Jonathan since she realized, after he had the tumor taken out, he had a "bad part" in his brain that was no longer there and he also was different, like her, with his slow speech and childlike mannerisms.

In the middle of the hearing, Jack and Jonathan secretly met and Jonathan told Jack that he would tell Lily he had faked being "slow" and divorce her rather than have her humiliated with a competency hearing. Jonathan told Lily the truth and they subsequently divorced.

This has not been mentioned much but, when Jack first arrived in Pine Valley, he revealed that he grew up in South Carolina. When his sister came back from the dead in 1998, now donning the name of "Kit Fisher," it was, again, revealed where he grew up.
