Answer: Billy Miller

Miller, born on September 17th, 1979 in Texas was cast as Richie Novak, Annie's troubled brother, in August of 2007. Miller would only star in the role for a little under a year after his character died in July of 2008. Miller guest starred on the TV shows, "Justified" and "CSI: NY".

In 2008, he was recast as Billy Abbott on the CBS soap opera, "The Young and the Restless". In 2010, he won a Daytime Emmy for Best Supporting Actor for his work on "The Young and the Restless".

When Richie arrived in Pine Valley, he used the name of "Wes" and immediately befriended Babe Carey. However, there was one scene in late 2007 when he broke into Ryan Lavery's penthouse. It was when he picked up a picture of Emma that he identified himself as Richie Novak.

Richie spoke with Krystal, who at the time owned The Comeback, and asked to have a job as a bartender. After conducting an interview and looking into Richie's background, Krystal hired him to work for her. Richie learned that JR's bone marrow was a match for his but he was afraid that JR would not donate it due to the bad blood which existed between them. Richie had a couple of men kidnap JR so he could get his bone marrow. Richie was seen undergoing the transplant procedure while JR was held captive. Afterwards, JR informed Richie that he planned to donate his bone marrow the entire time.

Richie broke into JR's car one evening and sped off in it. While he was driving, he ran down Zach Slater and then got out to help him. However, Richie instead left Zach to die but Zach survived in the end.
