Because they are rock stars, the girls have no plans to work in the restaurant. They later do so anyway when Kaz tells them that a food critic is coming to review them; his reviews can make or break reputations. Kaz has done the other things to the girls in previous episodes.

When the girls first try their hand at cooking, they try to use the blender to mix up some ingredients. The blender then barks at them and chases them around the kitchen. The blender ends up pulling its power cord out and then stops.

Ami finds a cookbook and searches through it for recipes. She finds a souffle recipe which calls for the souffle to be baked at 200 degrees for 18 minutes. Since the food critic is growing impatient, Yumi gets the idea to save time by baking the souffle at 1800 degrees for two minutes. However, she blows up the kitchen in the process.

Fed up with the countless number of pranks Ami and Yumi have played on him, Kaz created the restaurant simply so he could pose as the food critic, stress out Ami and Yumi, and mess with their heads.
