Mr. Friendly is also seen in season 1, but not until the finale. The great thing about season 2 is not knowing if Ben and Goodwin are evil when we first meet them.

The Lamp Post is run by Eloise Hawking who is a previous leader of the Others.
The Lighthouse is not a DHARMA station, it is what Jacob used to watch the "candidates".
The Looking Glass was an underwater station where Charlie, Mikhail, Greta and Bonnie died-- all at the hands of Mikhail.
The Tempest is only seen once; it houses the deadly gases that were used to wipe out the DHARMA initiative in the "Perge".

Bernard is heard in "Deus Ex Machina" on the radio in the drug plane, Rousseau is heard in "Pilot, Part 2" on the plane transceiver and Minkowski was heard several times on the Kahana radio.
Juliet is of course seen in the season 3 premiere, listening to the song "Downtown".

The Oceanic six are Kate, Jack, Hurley, Sayid, Sun and Aaron. After three years off the island the former five return, and after a brief and rather deadly stay only Kate leaves again. Sayid, Sun and Jack die and Hurley chooses to stay.

Kevin Callis appeared in only one episode and his fate after Kate left is unknown. In this episode Kate went by the name of Monica, one of many names she used over the years.

Zach was one of the children, brother to Emma.
Donald was the man with a broken leg who died after a few days.
Nathan was the unfortunate survivor who Ana Lucia believed to be an Other; he was killed by Goodwin.
Danny Pickett was the bad-tempered Other.

Robert is mentioned in season 1 and is seen when the island flashes through time in season 5. The other people named are of course the other members of the french expedition, Nadine being the last member.
Robert is killed by Danielle when she thinks he's infected.
