Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. Jimmy told police that ____ was a squat cobbler

Answer: Pryce/Daniel Wormald

We had met Pryce aka Daniel Wormald (Mark Proksch ) in the first season when he hired Mike to provide bodyguard support for his drug deals with Nacho. But now Pryce had a garish yellow Hummer, and when Mike refused to get into it, Pryce decided to meet Nacho alone against Mike's advice. Nacho managed to get Pryce's address from his vehicle registration and robbed his house, not only taking the drugs but also Pryce's prized baseball card collection. Pryce then foolishly called the police who were immediately suspicious of him.

When Mike found out that Pryce was talking to the police, he asked Jimmy to intervene, and Jimmy did just that, claiming that the robbery was actually a lover's spat and the stolen items weren't drugs but rather fetish videos featuring Pryce sitting on pies. Jimmy was surprised that the police had never heard of "squat cobblers" so he had Pryce make a video for them.
2. Wanted to hire Mike to kill Tuco

Answer: Nacho

Nacho (Michael Mando) was clearly impressed that Mike had been able to locate him (and knew his connection with Tuco), so he specifically asked for Mike when he contacted the Vet. He wanted to have Mike kill Tuco because Tuco was doing drugs which made him unpredictable and dangerous. Mike thought about it, even went to purchase a sniper rifle but decided against it, telling Nacho that it would be traced back to him (Nacho).

Instead Mike came up with a plan to get Tuco sent to prison for a decade or so.
3. Chuck's wife who shared lawyer jokes with Jimmy

Answer: Rebecca

We first heard about Rebecca (Ann Cusack), or rather, saw her name, in the "Cobbler" episode in which Chuck was playing piano using sheet music with her name on it. The "Rebecca" episode started with a flashback to a time when Chuck was married to Rebecca, and she was meeting Jimmy for the first time. Chuck had warned her in advance that Jimmy was "an acquired taste", but she seemed amused by him. Jimmy had just started working at HHM, and he entertained her with some lawyer jokes that he had heard, and she joined in with her own. Later that night, Chuck tried to tell her his own joke but didn't get the same response which resulted in a look of bitterness on his face.
4. Told Kim "you have enough on your plate in doc review"

Answer: Howard Hamlin

Kim had ended up in the doghouse (or rather, doc review) by not telling Howard (Patrick Fabian) about Jimmy's commercial, and in the "Rebecca" episode, she worked very hard to get herself back in Howard's good graces. Besides pretty much working around the clock on the assignment, she also went through her extended list of networking contacts to try to find a client to bring to the firm.

She succeeded in a big way in landing Mesa Verde bank, a case that could lead to years of work, according to Chuck.

But after the successful meeting with the new clients, as she and Howard stood outside the firm watching them leave, she found out that Howard was not someone to easily forgive a transgression. When she said that she'd start putting together a team to work on the case, Howard told her that he'd have someone else work on it because "you have enough on your plate in doc review" and left her standing there, looking like she'd been punched in the stomach.
5. Convinced Mike to take the blame for Tuco's gun

Answer: Hector Salamanca

A notorious character from "Breaking Bad", Tuco's uncle Hector Salamanca (Mark Margolis) made his first appearance on "Better Call Saul" during season two. Mike's plan to send Tuco away for a decade or so had appeared to work until Hector had a chat with Mike and informed him that he wanted Mike to take the blame for Tuco's gun so that Tuco wouldn't have to do much time in jail.

He reasoned that Mike would get off easy since he was an ex-cop and that he'd even pay Mike $5k for his trouble. When Mike didn't initially accept the offer, Hector sent a couple of his men to point a pretend gun at Kaylee, which made Mike change his mind.
6. Perky lawyer at Davis and Main assigned to keep tabs on Jimmy

Answer: Erin

Erin (Jessie Ennis) was the incredibly (and annoyingly) efficient lawyer at Davis and Main who was apparently assigned to watch over Jimmy after he got into trouble over the TV commercial. Besides chastising Jimmy over a soda can in his trash bin (recycling was important at Davis and Main) and instructing him on the preferred style for Davis and Main documents (by marking up his documents with many little tags), Erin also accompanied Jimmy to the courthouse when he went to submit papers for a hearing.

At the gate, Jimmy introduced Erin to Mike: "Mike, this is my babysitter Erin. Erin, this is my grandpa Mike". Then when Jimmy tried to get a better court date by "finessing" the court clerk with a stuffed animal, Erin grabbed the toy and told Jimmy he wasn't allowed to bribe the clerk.
7. Stole $250k from Hector Salamanca

Answer: Mike Ehrmantraut

The plan Mike Ehrmantraut (Jonathan Banks) had concocted to send Tuco away to prison for a long time fell apart when Hector Salamanca forced Mike into claiming that the gun found at the fight scene wasn't Tuco's. Mike received $50k from Hector for doing so, but he was bitter about the incident, probably because Hector had threatened Stacey and Kaylee. So Mike ambushed one of Hector's trucks and took $250k that was hidden in one of the tires, leaving the driver tied up on the side of the road so that the crime would be reported to the police, and they would go after Hector.

But the plan backfired when a good Samaritan rescued the driver and contacted Hector instead of the police. The man was shot and buried in the desert, and later the driver was also killed because Hector believed he was involved in the theft.
8. Mike hit ____'s car to provoke him into a fight

Answer: Tuco Salamanca

Nacho wanted Tuco Salamanca (Raymond Cruz) out of the way, so Mike came up with a plan to provoke Tuco into a fight that would get him arrested and sent to prison. Mike called the police to report a fight and then he went to the taco joint where Tuco was conducting his weekly interrogations with his dealers.

He slightly hit Tuco's car when he was pulling into the taco joint, and when Tuco confronted him, he let Tuco beat him up. The police arrived while Tuco was hitting Mike so Tuco was caught in the act.
9. Collapsed and struck his head in a copy store

Answer: Chuck McGill

One night while Chuck McGill (Michael McKean) was having one of his electricity-induced episodes, Jimmy went through the Mesa Verde documents and changed the address of the proposed Arizona branch so that when Chuck filed papers with the banking commission, they would be rejected due to the discrepancy.

The purpose of doing so was that Mesa Verde would take their business back to Kim. Jimmy had doctored the documents during the night at a 24-hour copy store, so when Chuck realized what Jimmy had done (not possibly believing that HE could have made a mistake), he had Ernesto find the store that Jimmy had visited.

But Jimmy bribed the clerk to say that he'd been mistaken when he told Ernesto that Jimmy had been there, and when Chuck interrogated the clerk, Chuck grew increasingly belligerent and with all of that electricity floating around him, he collapsed, striking his head on a counter.
10. Created the persona Giselle St. Clair

Answer: Kim Wexler

At the beginning of the season before Jimmy accepted the offer at Davis and Main, he was hanging out at a resort pool, charging food and beverages to guests' rooms. When Kim (Rhea Seehorn) joined him, he wanted to charge an expensive shot of tequila to a room, but she stopped him.

But when he decided to pull a con on an obnoxious customer at the bar, Kim went right along, telling the man that her name was Giselle St. Clair and that she and "Viktor with a k" were of South African heritage. She also talked the man into ordering the expensive tequila and got to keep the fancy stopper when the three of them finished off the bottle.

In the "Bali Ha'i" episode, when a man tried to pick her up at a restaurant bar, she told him her name was Giselle, and she called Jimmy to come join her, telling him that she had "a live one on the hook".
