1. Which was the only character to have a speaking part in every episode of "Blake's 7"?

Answer: Vila Restal

Vila Restal appeared in every single episode of "Blake's 7" as a main character. Kerr Avon didn't become a character in his own right until episode two: "Space Fall". Roj Blake made guest appearances in series three and four. Cally died at the start of series four, but you only heard her voice.

2. Which cast member of "Blake's 7" first played a Mutoid in the episode Project Avalon in series one?

Answer: Glynis Barber

Glynis Barber first appeared as a Mutoid with a speaking part in Project Avalon, before returning in series four as Soolin who joins Avon, and the others.

3. What was the name of Soolin's home planet?

Answer: Gauda Prime

Gauda Prime was a former farming colony until minerals were found, leading to many farmers being forced off the planet or killed. Amongst those killed were Soolin's parents, leading to her hunting down their killers, and becoming a gunslinger herself.

4. What finally destroyed the Liberator?

Answer: It disintegrated

On its way to Terminal in the episode "Terminal", the Liberator flew through a cloud of fluid particles, which then corroded the ship's structure. After Servelan captured The Liberator, she ordered it be flown at maximum speed, causing The Liberator's structure to fail and fall apart, eventually blowing up.

5. In the fouth series, who rescued Avon, Vila, Dayna and Tarrant from Terminal?

Answer: Dorian

Dorian rescued Avon, Tarrant, Dayna and Villa, taking him back to his base. However, he had plans to feed them and Soolin to a Gestalt, a creature that was his former partner, that kept Dorian young.

6. How many actors played the role of Travis in "Blake's 7"?

Answer: 2

Travis was initially played by Stephen Greif in series one, and replaced by Brian Croucher in series two. Technically three people played Travis. A stand in was needed to cover for Stephen due to an injury, but you only saw the stand in's feet at the end of series one in the episode entitled "Orac".

7. How many people did the voice for Orac?

Answer: 2

Most people may think only Peter Tuddenham provided the voice of Orac. However, when Orac first appeared at the end of series one, he was voiced by Derek Farr, who played Ensor, the creator of Orac.

8. Which character killed Blake at the end of the fourth series?

Answer: Kerr Avon

Avon believed Blake had betrayed him and the others erroneously, after Tarrant had escaped from Blake he informed Avon that Blake had changed sides. In truth Blake was innocent and recruiting freedom fighters, and it was Arlen who was the traitor.

9. When the Liberator was destroyed, what was the name of the ship Avon and the others commandeered?

Answer: Scorpio

Scorpio was originally Dorian's ship, but Avon and the others acquired it after Dorian's death.

10. On which planet was the computer system located that Blake wanted to destroy, bringing the Federation to its knees?

Answer: Star One

Blake hoped that by destroying Star One he could cause wide spread disruption to The Federation. However, when Travis arrived, Blake found out Travis intended on betraying The Federation himself by deactivating a defence grid that kept The Federation safe from invasion from the Andromedans.

Although Star One was destroyed in the ensuing battle, The Federation and The Liberator beat off the Andromedan attack.
