Buffy and Giles are walking in the school halls, talking about Faith after Buffy and Faith fight a gang of vampires. Faith beat one vampire "to a bloody pulp" while Buffy needed some help. Giles said that Buffy and Faith have different temperaments, and Buffy says she has the sane one.

2. "And you've got people...Billions of people walking around like Happy Meals with legs."

Answer: Spike

Spike says this to Buffy while sitting on the hood of a police car, next to a knocked out police officer, about to smoke a cigarette he took from the officer's pocket. Spike is there to cut a deal with Buffy because he wants Drusilla back in exchange for him helping Buffy stop Angel and save the world.

3. "Have you ever noticed, though, when he is mad but he's too English to say anything, he makes that weird cluck-cluck sound with his tongue?"

Joyce says this to Giles after he beats up a police officer and takes his gun. After Joyce says this, Giles kisses her, and they make out on the hood of a police car. Joyce and Giles, along with all the other adults in Sunnydale, are under the influence of a spell that affected them when they ate the school's band candy.

Buffy says this to Amy just before punching her, while the two are under the influence of a love spell that backfired. Buffy then says she's not going to leave Riley with the Initiative, so she tells Xander and Willow what she plans to do in order to get him back. Riley interrupts by asking if he's really worth all that.

Spike says this to Buffy while the two of them are lying under his rug (after having sex), talking about re-decorating Buffy's room. She told Spike she thought that the New Kids on the Block posters were starting to date her.

Buffy says this to Giles while Spike is chained up in Giles' bathtub. Buffy is trying to get information about the lab where Spike was held by the Initiative. Spike and Buffy start arguing, and Spike starts to threaten Buffy, but they all know that Spike is now harmless.
