I dropped tampons in front of Clare, and then blamed it on her when she helped me pick them up. I was female to male transgender.

Adam's brother was Drew Torres. They both liked Fiona starting with the canned food drive. Eli and Clare were the first to know the full story of him being transgender. Bianca was the first one to out him being transgender, which caused him to become Gracie again.

When he was on his way to the bathroom to change his tampon, he dropped them in front of Clare, who helped him pick them up. When she did, he blamed her for it. Adam was born as Gracie.
