Missy told the Doctor the coordinates of Gallifrey and Clara didn't tell the Doctor that Danny was dead, so that he would go home without worrying about her.

Also from part 1 of the season 8 finale, Missy tells the Doctor that she is really the Master. The Master is an old friend of his who went crazy and tried to destroy some planet, or the Earth, when he looked into the time vortex.
