1. What was the name of Elsie's second husband whom she married in 1967?

Answer: Steve

Elsie and Steve married in a lavish ceremony on September 4th 1967. The pair moved to America but Elsie soon returned after feeling very lonely over there. Len was a school friend while Alan and Arnold were her other husbands.

2. Which of Elsie's suitors ran a bar in Portugal?

Answer: Bill Gregory

When Elsie had to choose between staying in England to marry Alan or going to Portugal with Bill she chose England. Happily, Bill returned for a visit some years later and a then-divorced Elsie finally took him up on his offer.

3. What were the names of Elsie's two grandchildren?

Answer: Martin and Paul

Paul was born in 1961, the first son of Linda and Ivan Cheveski and went with his parents when they emigrated to Canada soon after his birth. Martin was born a few years later in Canada and the first time Elsie saw her second grandson was when Linda left Ivan for a short period in 1966 and returned home.
