Harry Kim's first assignment was on the USS Voyager. He worked as Voyager's operations officer. Harry Kim was an ensign the entire time he was on Voyager.

Neelix was a Talaxian, who originally lived on Talax's moon, Rinax. He joined Voyager after his family was killed by the Haakonians. He became Voyager's cook and morale officer, but he also did many other small jobs. Neelix later left Voyager to live with some surviving Talaxians.

Naomi Wildman was born in 2372. Her mother was Samantha Wildman, and her father was Greskrendtregk. Naomi was half human and half Ktarian. Naomi's mother chose Neelix to be Naomi's godfather.

Kes was an Ocampa, who joined Voyager with Neelix after he rescued her from the Kazon. While Kes was on Voyager, she became friends with the Doctor and worked as his assistant. Kes decided that she could no longer stay on Voyager after her powers began to evolve. Kes was, however, able to use her new powers to hurl Voyager away from the Borg and closer to Earth.

Tom Paris first joined the crew of Voyager after Kathryn Janeway was able to get him temporarily released from the penal colony, which he was sentenced to serve time in for aiding the Maquis Rebellion. Tom Paris became a Starfleet Lieutenant and Voyager's chief helmsman.

He also often assisted the Doctor in Sickbay. He had a rough start, but he later earned the crews' trust and became a valued officer.

Captain Janeway first took command of the USS Voyager in 2371. After she destroyed the Caretaker Array to protect the Ocampa and Voyager was stranded in the Delta Quadrant, her main goal was trying to get her crew home safely. Kathryn Janeway often risked her life to protect the lives of her crew. In the end, she was able to get her crew home to Earth much faster than expected.

B'Elanna Torres' father was human, and her mother was a Klingon. Because she was half Klingon, she became angry very easily, but she later learned to control her anger. While on Voyager, she worked as the chief engineer.

Tuvok, a Vulcan, worked with Kathryn Janeway on two starships before they were both assigned to work on the USS Voyager. On Voyager Tuvok worked as the ship's chief of security and chief tactical officer.

Answer: Chakotay

Chakotay first met Captain Janeway in the Delta Quadrant. Chakotay's vessel and the USS Voyager were both transported to the Delta Quadrant, and Chakotay's vessel was destroyed. Captain Janeway offered Chakotay and his crew a chance to serve on Voyager, and she made Chakotay her first officer.
