Resident diva, Rachel Berry, told Principal Figgins that she saw Sandy touching a male student, although her motives were not so pure as she was apparently looked over for a singing role. She claimed that this was not why she ratted Sandy out. Sandy, played by Stephen Tobolowsky, told Will he was happy to out of the job. Later episodes told a different story.

He was now involved in distributing medical marijuana and gave Will a free sample.

Apparently cheerleading went six hundred dollars over budget for a nutritionist. Sue attempted to make up for the lack of coffee by bringing lattes in for the staff. However, this could not overcome her poisonous personality and need to be superior. Principal Figgins explained that the club with the most prestige was given the largest budget. That would currently be cheerleading. Will chipped in sixty of his dollars to keep the glee club alive and taught detention for free. Sue on the other hand wallowed in the extra budgeting. Sue was played by the hilarious Jane Lynch.

Will thought it would get the kids excited about Glee, but most still referred to it as Glee Club. It also still carried the stigma as a place for low people within the high school 'caste system'. Gleeks is a name given to fans of the show. Matthew Morrison portrayed Will and has appeared on Broadway, including "Hairspray".

Answer: On My Own

"On My Own" is from the musical "Les Miserables". Rachel had trained for a role in stardom all her life by her dads. She always included a star next to her name. Her future stardom, which was apparent to her, has so far only earned her slushies in the face from the popular crowd. Rachel was played by Lea Michele, another Broadway veteran. "Rehab" was sung by a competing school, and "Don't Stop Believin'" came at the end of the episode by the entire club. "Take a Bow" came in the second episode.

Answer: Will blackmailed him.

Finn learned to love to sing from his mother's ex-boyfriend but was only heard while in the gym shower. Will utilized the free marijuana sample from Sandy to blackmail Finn, threatening the possibility of losing a football scholarship. At the end of the show, Finn willingly took part in the club even without the threat of blackmail. Cory Monteith brought Finn to life for the small screen.

Answer: Celibacy Club

This established the cheerleaders as being great teases but advocating celibacy. In a later episode, Finn was shown also being a participant of the club. Rachel began in this episode to show a crush on Finn, setting up a love triangle. Dianna Agron, who played Quinn, was a cheerleader on the TV show "Heroes" as well.

Will and Terri's marriage was on the rocks when she made the announcement. She had previously tried to push him toward an accounting job, but now the baby was a more rational need for a higher salary. Terri commented in this episode that Will had been the 'golden boy' and she a cheerleader. They could perhaps be the future of Finn and Quinn. Jessalyn Gilsig is the actress behind Terri.

When Finn returned to the Glee Club, he became the leader that pulled everyone together. Rachel's personality had initially took charge but threatened to tear them apart. Kurt was not assigned any particular role. Finn claimed music. The stuttering Tina was guaranteed a role as soon as they learned how she was gifted. Broadway alumni Jenna Ushkowitz played Tina. Amber Riley played Mercedes. Artie was played by Kevin McHale.

Emma, who had a crush on Will, noted how happy he was in the video. Will said that the pregnancy is the only other thing that had made him that happy. On that note, Will believed that he needed to support his family. Emma countered that a baby would need to learn to value pursuing a passion other than money.
