Jack and Vic have done a lot of things in their pursuit of truth, justice and the American way, but rape has not been one of them. Vic's sexual exploits are the stuff of legends. He's had affairs with at least eight women and may have a couple of kids outside of his marriage. Sexual assault is probably not something he's thinking about. Jack is pretty wholesome when he's not at work, and each season only covers one very busy day, so at least on the point of sexual assaults, Superman would be proud of both of them.

So, just to wrap things up, although our heroes are good fathers, and save the world on a daily basis, they are thieving, torturing, murdering, drug dealing, junkies who occasionally kill their fellow officers and the people they care about. But still, if someone killed my mother, I wouldn't want anyone else on the case, unless Superman comes back.
