For instance, when Roy tried to get away from the robot to find somewhere "safe", the robot brought a safe down upon him.

As various repairmen, Swindler broke and poked holes in multiple parts of Jon's house until Jon agreed to sell it for two cents. Garfield was forced to "haunt" the house until Swindler sold it back to Jon for the price of the entire amount that Jon paid for his "repairs". Swindler turned back up at the end of the episode as a Ghostbuster... er, I mean Ghostchaser... but Garfield and Jon fled in terror before he could do any more damage.

Unfortunately, the rain took his advice, and the farm experienced a horrible drought over the next few months.
