1. Did any round in any "Family Feud" have one strike?

Answer: Yes

Louie Anderson's triple round only offered one strike, instead of the usual three strikes.
2. Which of the following Game Show Network original games was the highest rated?

Answer: Lingo

Lingo - The highest rated original Game Show only on GSN. Hosted by Chuck Woolery.
3. What was the last game show credited to Bill Cullen?

Answer: The Joker's Wild

Cullen hosted "TPIR" from 1956 to 1965. "I've Got a Secret" was on in the mid-1970's. "Blockbusters" was aired in the early 1980's, and Cullen hosted "The Joker's Wild" until 1986. Cullen died in 1990.
4. Who took over for Rod Roddy in 2004 as the announcer for "The Price Is Right"?

Answer: Rich Fields

Richardson, Thornton, and Bishop were all sub-announcers until "TPIR" found a replacement for Rod Roddy, who died in 2003.
5. How many points was the most any couple could get in "The Newlywed Game"?

Answer: 70

The show had 3 five point questions, 3 ten point questions, and a 25 point bonus question. 15 + 30 + 25 = 70

"The Price Is Right" was not highest-rated until the early 1990's. "Jeopardy!" and "Scrabble" both began in 1984.

Chuck Woolery left "Wheel of Fortune" on December 25, 1981. He had asked for a $200K per year increase. Merv Griffin offered $75K and Woolery would not take it.
8. Who created the idea of "Jeopardy!"

Answer: Mrs. Merv Griffin

Merv Griffin got "Jeopardy!" on the air, but it was his wife who came up with the idea for a board to contain answers and to phrase responses in the form of a question. Trebek is the host of "Jeopardy!" and KingWorld is the syndicate.
9. On "Password," (not "Password Plus+" or "Super Password") how many points won a game?

Answer: 25

The first clue was worth 10 points, the second one 9 points, etc., but to win required a team to get at least 25 points.
10. In the 1980s, was there a "Double Dare" series with adults?

Answer: Yes

"Family Double Dare," originally on Fox in 1988, had two kids and their parents as one team. The premise of the show was the same, to get as slimed and dirty as you could. Look for Mixed number 10 coming soon.
