1. When Sissi found Prince Franz and Karl in the Bavairan forest, Franz didn't tell the truth about their identity. He said they were...

Answer: students

He said they were studying birds. That sudden idea came from the plate he got at Duke Max's house - there were 2 birds on it.
2. What wanted Karl to study instead of military strategy?

Answer: Woodwork

He was enjoying building the Brauners' house so much.
3. In the 4th episode there is a party in the honor of the Empress. Whose idea was it in the first place?

Answer: Helena's

Helena wanted to sound sarcastic when she suggested the party, but her idea backfired. That wasn't the only time...
4. Who was Ida Ferenczy?

Answer: Gyula Andrassy's love

Besides being Andrássy's faithful sweetheart and companion she was also the "elastic lady" in the Zaniouchka circus.
5. Sissi was once angry with Gyula.

Answer: True

He told a tale to the children that was very close to "reality" and he described Empress Sophia as a witch and Franz and Karl as coward good-for-nothings.
6. Franz gave Helena a rose, but she wasn't happy about it. Why?

Answer: He sent Sissi a thousand roses.

Well, that was a slap on the face, wasn't it? Not that Helena didn't deserve it...
7. What was Franz's reaction when Helena stepped into his room and asked what he thought about his "future wife"?

Answer: He burst out laughing.

Helena's fear was always looking ridiculous...
8. What's the "modern" appliance that's often used in the series?

Answer: Telegraph

Some newer inventions are the submarine or the skates that were introduced at the Empress' universal exposition.
9. What was the name of the fortress where first Ida later Franz were captives?

Answer: Schracken

From the mighty fortress of Schracken - even though there's only one old prison guard in it - it is impossible to escape!
10. In "Lover's Tiff," Sissi left Schonbrunn with anger. The children at Possi wondered what could have happened between her and Franz. Tina's idea was that...

Answer: Franz had a mortal disease, so he sent Sissi away though he still loved her.

The reason of the lovers' quarrel was that Sissi wanted to go to Innsbruck with Franz, but he had much work to do. But Tina thought it had to be something very serious. The pie-thing was the idea of Kyle and Konrad.
11. After Sissi left Schonbrunn because of her vow, Helena tried really hard to impress Franz as the Empress suggested. How?

Answer: She tried to resemble Sissi.

She even got a blonde wig and with that she almost succeeded.
12. In the episode "Hooray, Erzsebet!" to sound convincing to the highest Austrian authority in Budapest Sissi (Terri Hawkes) imitated wonderfully the voice of...

Answer: Empress Sophia

That time she wasn't a princess, she was only acting.
13. In the same episode Sissi scolded the commander like this: "You steal other people's houses and belongings, live in luxury while the local people starve and allow Austrian property to be stolen right under your nose. And then you entertain that traitor Arkas kicked out of Schonbrunn by the Empress herself. You keep gypsy mothers in prison unjustly..."

Answer: "...and your telegraph doesn't even work!"

While Andrassy was in an Austrian prison the commander moved into his house. It was Andrassy, Ida and Morgas who had stolen the "Austrian property" back trying to make Sissi feel better. It was also them who had cut the telegraph lines and who had painted the house hot pink...

Answer: Sleeping powder

That's the sleeping powder the outlaws tricked Sissi and Tommy in Paris with, but - as always - Sissi got it back at them.
15. Once Arkas saved Sissi's life. Why?

Answer: He fell in love with her.

In Paris Arkas fell in love with the masked horsewoman, even though she kept stepping on his feet - on purpose - while they were dancing.
16. In "The great chase" how could Sissi take the train to Venice without a ticket?

Answer: A woman from Russia helped her out.

It was ms Emilia (from Saint Petersburg) who told the inspector that she had left her "nieces" and her "nephews" (Tommy's) tickets in her compartment.
17. Whom noticed Franz first on the train?

Answer: Crunchy

When he saw the little squirrel running into ms Emilia's compartment he insisted to go after him to find Sissi. Meanwhile ms Emilia acted frightened of the "rat".
18. Who or what is Pierrot?

Answer: None of these answers are correct.

Besides a French name it's a character in old French farces, who is funny in the beginning, but later he falls deeply in love. His costume is a white loose blouse and trousers. Pierrette is them same only that's a woman.
19. Zotornick went as far as trying to assassinate Franz and Karl.

Answer: True

When the princes went to the elm tree farm to end the war between Austria and Hungary the chancellor gave the order to shoot the farm with cannons.
20. "The Three Pigeons" What was Zotornick's most pathetic attempt to sabotage the peace between Austria and Hungary?

Answer: He ate up the peace treaty.

Besides the right answer the only thing that has happened in the series was Zoto suggesting the marshall to start a war, but that happened sooner (in "Hooray, Erzsebet!"). Then it was Franz who stopped the marshall in time.
21. Dr. Fritz was an evil man, who wanted to be Emperor.

Answer: False

He did say yes when Zotornick and Arkas offered him to play the crownprince for gold, but he didn't know that he would endanger Franz's life by that. To be Emperor he didn't want at all.
22. What did Fritz always say?

Answer: My golly!

When Sissi was trying to expose him, she often imitated him by saying that. "You can't refuse me that, my golly!" "Have you lost your mind, my golly?"

That's Dr Fritz's little poem.
24. Sissi: "This means that Colonel Andrassy - the finest __________ in all Hungary - has just challenged you to a duel, my dear "Franz".

Answer: swordsman

This is how the best scene with the fake prince continues:
Karl: "And the only thing I can do for you is to be your second, Franz."
Andrassy: "En garde, Sir!"
Fritz: "Oh, what a day!"
25. Fritz promised Helena that they would be king and queen if she marries him.
