8. Another "Ninja Killer", this first stage challenge has players jump from a small trampoline and try to grab the rope netting, hoping not to fall short of it, and land in the murky waters below. What is the name of this obstacle?

Answer: Jump Hang

"Jump Hang" was premiered during the 5th competition, and was used until the 17th (although a different obstacle by the same name was used in the 13th competition, it was somewhat different from the version we all know that uses a rope net). From the 3rd to the 8th competitons, "Jump Hang" was placed between the "Balance Bridge" and the "Warped Wall".

It was usually the 4th-to-last obstacle in the First Stage.
9. In which Japanese city does "Ninja Warrior" take place?

Answer: Midoriyama

The competition takes place atop "Mt. Midoriyama".
10. As of August 2007, how many people have won the title of "Ninja Warrior" in the regular series?

Answer: Two

The only two people (as of the eighteenth special) are Kazuhiko Akiyama and Makoto Nagano. After each completion of the Final Stage, it is re-designed to be harder than the last.
