Later on that night, Dylan saw the man and ran him down with Ethan's truck.

Zack saw his chance to get rid of the evidence against Norma. He asked Regina, the secretary, where the Sheriff was. She told Zack he was out on a call. Zack asked Regina to get him some replacement forms. When she was gone Zack jumped into action. He disabled the cameras in the evidence room and removed the carpet fibers.

He was able to reconnect the cameras and get back to his seat before Regina returned with the forms.
