1. Sergeant Rizzo on "M*A*S*H"

Sgt. Rizzo, in charge of the camp's motor pool, was played by G. W. Bailey. He was a cigar chomping "good ol' southern boy" hailing from the bayous of Louisiana. He was married and hand a baby son, Billy Bubba. Rizzo was always on the lookout to make a fast buck, usually capitalizing on the desperation of other camp personnel.
2. Lt. Ironside on "Ironside"

Coming off a highly popular series "Perry Mason", Raymond Burr portrayed the wheel-chair bound detective who was paralyzed after being shot. He now acted as a consulting officer for the San Francisco police department and had a crew of helpers including Sgt. Edward "Ed" Brown, plainclothes officer, Eve Whitfield and another assistant, Mark Sanger. "Ironside" enjoyed an eight season run.
3. Shaggy Rogers on "Scooby Doo, Where are You?"

This popular Hanna-Barbara animated cartoon aired originally on Saturday mornings in the 1969-70 season. The other characters rounding out the cast were Fred, Daphne, Velma and a Great Dane, Scooby Doo. The team traveled around in the Mystery Machine, a psychedelically decorated van and investigated spooky and strange happenings, usually uncovering a not so mysterious cause, no thanks to Shaggy's and Scooby's usual faintheartedness.
4. ALF on "ALF"

ALF is an acronym for "Alien Life Form". He is from the planet Melmac and crashed his flying saucer into the home of the Tanner family and afterward resided there. ALF was presented at a short, shaggy and brown and was actually a hand puppet and was voiced by puppeteer Paul Fusco.

It was revealed during the series that ALF's actual name was Gordon Shumway. ALF spawned a series of follow-up shows including "ALF:The Animated Series", "ALF Tales" and "Project ALF" as well as others.
5. Mr. Krabbs on "Spongebob Squarepants"

Eugene Krabbs is the proprietor of the Krusty Krab, a fast food restaurant serving the seafloor community of Bikini Bottom on the animated series "Spongebob Squarepants". Spongebob works for Mr. Krabbs as a fry cook and loves his job. Also at the KK is the cashier, Squidward Tentacles, who hates his job. Krabbs has a daughter, Pearl, who looks like a whale. Mr. Krabbs is a notorious miser who is always looking to make a fast buck or cheating his employees out of all or part of their salary.

He is voiced by Clancy Brown.
6. Sergeant O'Rourke on "F Troop"

Played by veteran actor Forrest Tucker, Sgt. O'Rourke is a scheming, wheeling-dealing cavalry soldier stationed at Fort Courage in the post-Civil War west. He runs an illegal Indian souvenir business with his partners Cpl. Agarn and the Hekawi tribe's chief, Wild Eagle. O'Rourke was always trying to keep his business a secret from the new and naive post commander Captain Parmenter.
7. Commander Fitzhugh on "Land of the Giants"

Answer: Alexander

Fitzhugh, played by Austrian-born actor, Kurt Kasznar, is first presented as a greedy and secretive thief. He is carrying a briefcase filled with money he has just stolen as is making his escape along with 3 other passengers and 3 crew members on the Spindrift, a sun-orbital craft on its way to Europe. On this flight, it goes through a time/space warp and crashes on a planet where everything is 12 times the size as on Earth. During the two-season run, Fitzhugh's personality gradually mellows probably due to the influence of his fellow travellers and especially the young boy passenger, Barry Lockridge.
8. Cookie Monster on "Sesame Street"

Answer: Sid

Cookie Monster was a blue, shaggy Muppet created by Jim Henson and gained popularity on the children-orientated, educational series "Sesame Street". He was voiced by Frank Oz from 1969-2001 and David Rudman since 2001. In a 2004 song, Cookie Monster revealed his real name is Sid.
9. Dr. Hartman on "Family Guy"

Answer: Elmer

Dr. Hartman, voiced by Seth MacFarlane, appears from time to time on the animated series "Family Guy" as the Griffin family's incompetent physician who can't seem to diagnose the simplest ailment. He is also frequently making inappropriate or misleading comments. He is a portly man with black hair and mustache.
10. Lt. Commander McHale on "McHale's Navy"

Answer: Quinton

McHale, played by Academy-award-winning actor Ernest Borgnine, commanded PT 73 which was stationed on the island of Taratupa in the Pacific theater of WW2. McHale had to try to keep peace between his wacky crew and his irascible superior officer, Capt. Binghamton.

In the last season of the series, McHale's and his whole crew along with Binghamton, were transferred to the Italian town of Voltafiore, to try to prevent German incursion in the European theater, but he still had to deal with the crew's hi-jinks and Binghamton's displeasure.
