Answer: Io

In "Red Dwarf", Arnold Rimmer is said to be born on the moon of Io, although in real life the moon is a very unstable and dangerous place to be. Io is the most volcanically active place in the solar system.

2. After being used as a battering ram to smash through 53 doors in the episode "White Hole", Kryten is asked by Lister if he is ok. What is his answer?

Answer: "I'm fine, thank you, Susan"

Poor Kryten gets the rough end of the deal as his head is used as a prow to burst through the electrically dead doors.
