This is said to Michael when he is explaining to the teacher that he needs the Bio 101 credit in order to graduate with his friends. The teacher finds it funny because Michael dropped the class earlier in the year.

Jesse and Isabel are dating but keeping it a secret from her parents. They run into Kyle while at the convenience store as well. Kyle just shrugs it off. Isabel and Jesse are hiding their relationship from her parents because they don't know how her parents will react. Jesse is older then Isabel and also works for her father.
