Chris Parnell played the smoker while Ana Gasteyer played Cheryl. The Nicotrel character was kicked out of the United States Army and tried to get people to stop smoker. Nicotrel would live with a smoker and beat mercilessly him every time he would start smoking.

After the informercial ended, three wrestlers came onto set and chased Ana Gasteyer away. Dwayne "the Rock" Johnson began breaking character. Johnson and the three other wrestlers gave Chris Parnell another beating before the sketch ended.
